Busy Lamp Field
Our VIP-6040PT, VIP-5060PT, and VIP-2020PT models supports the Busy Lamp Field (BLF) function that allows user to monitor the status of other phones that are connected to the same IP PBX. The BLF will indicate if a phone is busy, idle, or ringing, to help receptionists route incoming calls accordingly.
