Our Return Policy
The following contains Planetech USA’s product return policy. For RMA’s, please contact us and visit this page to request an RMA.
- Return for refund merchandise is required to return the original accessory together for full refund.
- A minimum 5% transaction fee will apply to all pending returns.
- A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied if returned merchandise is damaged and/or missing parts/incomplete.
- planetechusa.com / Planetech USA reserves the right to refuse RMA application if defective description is not clear enough.
- Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase invoice.
- Shipping document of Invoice, Packing and Waybill are required to fax/email to planetechusa.com for outside USA after RMA number is released.
- Cost of shipping products back to the customer will be paid by Planetech USA and/or Versa Technology Inc. (Free ground shipping for USA – domestic customers only. International customers are responsible for shipping costs.)
- Warranty applies to the customer who have purchased the product directly from Planetech USA and/or Versa Technology.
- The RMA number is only valid for all authorized items listed in the form. If additional unauthorized items are included upon delivery/inspection, the unauthorized items will be counted, packed, and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
- RMA number must be visible on returned package(s) for shipment to be received.
