RMA

Please read these guidelines carefully and have your Item's Model and Serial Number at hand before you begin.

Planet Technology USA will only accept product returns only if a RMA number has been issued to the returned product. Planet Technology USA does NOT offer advanced replacement for any returns. Any products returned to Planet Technology USA without an authorized RMA number will be sent back to the customer with the shipping charge billed to the customer in question.

No Product may be returned directly to Planet Technology USA without first contacting us for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product.

To request an RMA, please fill out and submit the following RMA form.

All Return Materials must be clearly marked with their RMA# written visibly on the outside of the parcels.
